Arrangement and scheduling of student make-up lessons in conjunction with the Music Centre Management.
Music Centre Management
Planned the timetabling of the student's peripatetic music lessons with the Music ServiceSchool's Manager.
Completed a weekly register on my student attendance within the schools and the teaching centre.
Organisation of showcases to encourage new students to sign up for music lessons - Group trial lessons for guitar/ukulele after school where parents could come along and watch the lesson, ask questions and get advice on music lessons for their children.
Heads of Music
Scheduling of music recitals and live performance opportunities for students within school - This involved booking the school hall and inviting the school senior leadership team to the performance.
Liaising with the Heads of Music to find out if school activities could affect peripatetic music lessons, such as examinations or school trips.
Collobarated with school music teachers to integrate the music service into the fabric of the school - Participated in schools arts weeks where I performed music pieces with the other music teachers to students and parents.
